Police were provided with a cellular phone that belonged to the victim and contained inappropriate photographs of Mohl in various stages of undress as well as a text conversation between Mohl and the victim that was sexual in nature.
The investigation included several interviews, search warrants and evidence seizures, and a forensic examination of a cellular phone seized from Mohl’s former residence at 1748 W. Market Street Pottsville.
The forensic examination of the communication device was completed at the Harrisburg Pa State Police lab and produced incriminating evidence against Mohl.
Following his arraignment, Mohl was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison after being unable to post $15,000(10%) bail set by MDJ Reiley.
