Port Carbon Changes Trick or Treat Night Due to Weather Forecast

The borough of Port Carbon has announced they have changed the date of Trick or Treat night.


Port Carbon's Trick or Treat has been moved to Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
