John Robert Angelo, Jr., 56, of Pittstown New Jersey, beloved husband of Jamie (Edmonds) Angelo, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Sunday morning October 27, 2019 surrounded by loved ones at Robert Woods Johnson Medical Ctr. of New Brunswick, New Jersey after fighting a courageous battle against cancer.
John was born March 27, 1963, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania the son of John R. Angelo, Sr., and Jean (Metrick) Angelo of Tamaqua
A graduate from Marian High School in 1981, John received his undergraduate and master’s degree from Allentown College, now DeSales University.
John was a devoted and loving, father. He loved spending time with his family and friends, taking trips with his wife, and loved a good party. He was always a competitor, whether it was playing basketball throughout high school and college, competing in one of his many triathlons, or the annual family beach bocce tournaments. John enjoyed watching and attending sporting events especially his beloved Eagles. John was an incredibly Intelligent and hardworking man who had a 30 year career in the pharmaceutical and professional consulting field. John will be missed dearly but will always be among his family and friends.
John is survived by; sons Matthew and his companion Matthew Krauss, Bryan and his fiancée Cristina Calogero ; Brothers, Dave and his wife Lynda, their two children Kailyn and David, Michael and his companion Ann Tentylo-Krajcir; step-children, Katie and Jack Koppinger; as well as many friends and extended family.

A celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday November 2, 2019 at 11:30 A.M. Wills Hall Chapel at DeSales University 2755 Station Ave. Center Valley, PA 18034.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 o'clock A.M. on Monday November 4, 2019 at St. John XXIII R.C.C. 301 Pine Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252.
Friends may call on Monday morning November 4, 2019 at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M.
Interment St. Jerome R.C.C. Cemetery, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.

Herman “Tom” Graeff, 78 of Auburn passed away on Tuesday at his home with his wife and son by his side.
Born February 16, 1941 in Minersville he was the son of the late William and Anna Graeff.
Tom attended Tremont schools and then went on to serve in the United States Army for two years.
He was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
Tom had worked at several local business throughout his life retiring from Quakermaid Kitchens.
In addition to his parents Tom is predeceased by his niece Ruth Ann Williams.
Tom is survived by his wife Joan and their son Andrew. He is also survived by his brothers; William, John husband to Kathleen and George husband to Linda all of Newtown, along with several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday November 11th at 11:00 A.M. at Grabowski Funeral Home in Schuylkill Haven. Monsignor Zemanik will officiate. Family and friends are welcome from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services. Interment will follow on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Irene M. Freed, 91 of Orwigsburg, passed away Tuesday in her home. She had been cared for by her daughter, Beth and Compassus Hospice around the clock.
Born in Schuylkill Haven, August 18, 1928 and raised in Schuylkill Haven, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. Brown and Edna Fidler Brown.
She was a 1945 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School. After high school she attended Empire Beauty School and was a hairdresser for 25 years. She also worked at Classtex Knitting Mills, Orwigsburg.
She was a member of Congregational Free Church of Christ, McKeansburg.
In her younger days, she enjoyed pool, bowling, and playing cards, square-dancing, and playing piano. She was an artist – painting detailed rocks and wall murals. One of her murals, “Jesus and the children” adorns the wall of Congregational Free Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Elwood “Mick” Freed.
She is survived by her sons; Terry Freed of New Ringgold and Thomas Freed husband to Kim of Tamaqua; daughters Beth Goida of Lansford, Shelby Zehner wife of Nevin of Orwigsburg, Tammy Brensinger of Orwigsburg and Treasure Lape wife of Troy of Bethel. She was known as “Nana” to her 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Richard F. Brown and family of Tennessee. She always said she wanted six kids and a large family, and she definitely had that and was proud of that accomplishment.
Funeral services will be held on Monday November 4th at 11:00 A.M. at Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven. A visitation with a closed casket will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services. Interment will follow on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Diane M. Wagner, age 59, of Mahanoy City, died Wednesday morning at her home.
Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy (Powell) Hillibush and was a graduate of Mahanoy Area High School.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Craig and a brother David.
She is survived by 2 daughters Angela Sluzalis and her husband Jared of Boonsboro MD and Michelle of Mahanoy City, a sister Lisa Pierce and her husband William of Susquehanna, a brother Thomas of Reading, 2 grandchildren Paige and Noah, nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
