Abby Conroy, a Shenandoah Valley Senior, has been chosen as the Shenandoah Rotary Student of the month for September.
Abby is the daughter of Bill and Pam Conroy.
Abby's school activities include participating in Student Council 3 years (Secretary)-Drama Club 6 years (President) (Choreographer)-Volleyball 4 years (Captain)-Basketball 4 years (Captain)-Track and Field 4 years-Mini-THON 2 years (Chairman)-Football Team Water girl 3 years-The Gifted Program 4 years-Widener Apogee Scholar Recipient-2018 HOBY ambassador (Academic All-Star and Presidential Service Awardee)-Writer for the Torch 2 years-Morning Announcements 1 year-Spring Queen and Homecoming Courts-Prom Princess-Youth Summit-National Honor Society 1 year (Silver Award Recipient)-Schuylkill Stand Up-Participating in Class Fundraisers-Float committee 2 years-Formal committee.

Abby loves working at Chill Out, working at Kohl's, working at the auction, playing sports, volunteering in her school and community, knitting blankets, dancing, babysitting my neighbors, and making cake pops.
Her future plans are to attend college, majoring in biology.
