Old Fashioned Christmas - Saturday, December 7th, 2019
- 10am-12pm - Gingerbread House Contest at the American Legion
- 2:30pm - Santa Parade- starting at 20th and Walnut St. continues down Walnut to Hoffman Blvd. Santa will proceed to the Mother's Memorial to meet the children.
- 3:15pm - Lighting of the Christmas Tree.
- 5pm-8pm- Old Fashioned Christmas - Free Horse-drawn Carriage Rides, Face Painting, Caroling, and more!!

A Christmas Stroll at Cass - Sunday, December 8th, 2019 - 11:00 until 5:00pm
Mahanoy City
Christmas Tree Lighting - November 30, 2019 - 5:00pm to 8:00pm
-Santa will be escorted down Center Street by the Mahanoy Area Marching band to light up our 2019 Christmas Tree. He will then be available for photographs at the Humane Fire Co. Enjoy various local singing acts including caroling from Black Ties and Pearls Vocal Chorale. Check out the delicious treats and beautiful gifts from our local vendors or take a ride on Leiby's Belgian Draft Horse carriage.

Christmas Caroling in the Streets of McAdoo - December 21st, 2019

North Schuylkill
Santa's Workshop Experience - North Schuylkill's SADD and TAT are holding Santa's Workshop Experience on December 22nd from 1:00-3:00. Admission is $5
We are turning the high school cafeteria into Santa's workshop and the high school parking lot into a Christmas village. We will even have live reindeer. Whitenight Photography will be on hand taking photographs with the reindeer. The cost of photo is $10 for a 5x7. Additional packages and digital options are available.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and greet Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, reindeer, and other Christmas favorites such as the Grinch and his dog Max. There will be multiple props and backdrops for photos. Photos with characters are free.
Additional activities include decorating a Christmas cookie, reading a Christmas story, writing a letter to Santa, and a hot cocoa bar.
Pops Original Screamer Sauce food truck will be there as well.

Festival of Lights - December 7th, 2019 - 4:30pm to 7:00pm
An evening of Trolley rides with Santa, Christmas Caroling, cookie decorating and craft making. Don't forget to bring a toy for the 3rd annual Toys for Tots drive by the Borough. Don't let the cold deter you, purchase some warm food and drinks from the Lions Club.

Shenandoah
Skydiving Santa to Arrive - On Friday, November 29, 2019 Mrs. T’s Pierogies will be hosting the 13th annual Skydiving Santa event to kick-off the holiday season in Shenandoah.
Santa will skydive and land at Veteran's Memorial Stadium, adjacent to the Shenandoah Valley High School.
Santa will parachute into the stadium or pending on weather will arrive by helicopter or firetruck. Gates at the stadium will open to the public at 10:30am.
The first 200 children under the age of twelve to attend the event will receive a free gift.
Mrs. Claus, Frosty the Snowman, and Rudolf, the Red-Nosed Reindeer, will be in attendance greeting the crowd along with face painting Elves.
Spinnerjammers will be emceeing the event.
Following Santa’s arrival, he will parade through the town along with the Shenandoah Valley High School Band, local fire trucks and the Shenandoah Police Department.
Coalcracker Christmas - Friday, November 29th, 2019 - 5:30pm (Hosted by Downtown Shenandoah Inc.)
- Downtown Shenandoah invites everyone to the Coal Cracker Christmas, Friday November 29. The Grinch will make his appearance at 5:15 and the Trolley at 6:00. Hot Chocolate and cookies served in the Damato Post.

Sweet Arrow Lake Park
Christmas at the Clubhouse - Sunday, December 15, 2019
Christmas at the Clubhouse will feature a Sweet Arrow Lake favorite, Matthew Dodd, performing “Songs and Stories of Christmas.”
Also featured at the Hotel Hershey’s Christmas events, Matthew does a very unique show combining the history of the holiday with contemporary songs, Christmas favorites, appropriate attire, and props.
This fun program is appropriate for all ages and is FREE and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Our Sweet Arrow Lake Conservation Association elves will be at work making cookies and hot cider so come in out of the cold and enjoy light refreshments in front of the fire.
