Lehigh Valley Hospital Schuylkill Holds Annual Veteran's Day Breakfast

On Saturday, Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill held their 19th annual Veteran’s Day Breakfast in the Wall Auditorium at the East Norwegian Street campus in Pottsville. The breakfast was for Schuylkill County Veterans and for those currently serving in the U.S. Military.

Among the record 253 attendees were four WWII Veterans.

In the back is Col. Lawrence M. Riddles, MD, USAF Ret., Regional Chief Medical Officer at LVH–Schuylkill/Hazleton, who presented the four Veterans and all attending the breakfast with a special pin “Your Service – Our Thanks “ on behalf of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

LVH–Schuylkill employees and their children served the Veterans, as they have done the previous 18 years, during the annual event held at the hospital.
