One of two men, who suffered injuries Thursday morning in a crash on Interstate 81 has died.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred just after 6:00am in the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 near mile marker 139 in Kline Township.
At the time, police said two people were seriously injured when a 2015 Nissan Versa entered the median near mile marker 139 and rolled several times.
The Nissan came to a final rest on it's side in the median.
Both the driver and passenger were extricated by emergency personnel and were not identified.
On Saturday morning, the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville provided an update.
Police say both the driver, Leon Charles, 49, of Mt. Rainer, MD, and the passenger, James Muse, 48, of Laurel, MD, were wearing their seatbelts.
On Friday, November 29, 2019, the passenger, James Muse died from his injuries at Cedar Crest.Hospital in Allentown.
