A man was struck Monday evening by a vehicle in Frackville.According to Frackville Police, the incident occurred around 7:00pm on South Lehigh Avenue when a man in his 50's was struck by a vehicle.
The man was reported to have suffered head and lower body injuries.
He was transported to the Shenandoah Helipad where he was flown with serious injuries. His injuries were not reported to be life-threatening at the time of being flown.
The driver of the vehicle did stop and was talking to police.
Frackville Police said more information on this incident will be available on Tuesday.
