After being issued a Winter Storm Watch earlier, the National Weather Service has changed Schuylkill County a Winter Weather Advisory.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM SUNDAY TO 7 AM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. A light coating of ice will occur Sunday, then up to an inch of snow is expected Sunday night.
* WHERE...Columbia and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...Mixed precipitation will arrive around dawn Sunday, then likely change to rain by late in the day. Rain will likely turn to periods of light snow Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
