An 18 year old is facing charges after a fight broke out in Shenandoah late Saturday and later left a State Trooper injured.
Moyer began to walk towards the unknown disturbance and while approaching your he was able to hear people yelling and glass smashing.
Moyer approached the house at 238 West Oak Street, and requested backup due to the high number of people involved in the fight.
As Moyer approached the address people began to yell "police" and ran from the home.
When Moyer attempted to make entry into the front of the home, those inside shut and locked the door. Moyer was able to make entry into the rear of the home.
At this time multiple officers from several other agencies were arriving on the scene.
While Moyer and other officers were attempting to identify everyone involved and find what lead to the fight, a male continued to yell and not listen to police commands.
The male continued to yell and walk around then went to walk out the front door of the house, where he was advised that he could not leave yet.
The male then went to the front window of the house and with a closed fist punched the glass out of a single window. The glass from the window went from the second story porch window and into the street striking a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper in the face.
The glass caused a laceration to the Trooper's right side of his face just below his eye.
Officers then took the male identified as Jeffrey Yan-Carlos Hichez, 18, of Shenandoah into custody.
The Trooper went to a local hospital for further evaluation after being treated on the scene.

Yan-Carlos Hichez was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, scattering rubbish, and possession of alcohol while underage and locked locked up in Schuylkill County Prison with bail set at $20,000 straight cash.
