On Sunday, fire crews in Pottsville quickly put out a fire inside a home in the city.Around 2:15pm, on Sunday, emergency personnel were dispatched to 620 North Centre Street in Pottsville for a house fire.
A fire was reported to have been found in the living room of the home and thanks to the quick response of the fire department, the fire was contained to a single home.
No injuries were reported and the American Red Cross is assisting one person that lived in the home.
As of late Sunday, no cause was determined.
