Back in November, Bud Light announced they would begin offering "spiked seltzer" for their customers and said the product would hit store shelves on January 13th, 2020.
The seltzer is not beer, even though it carries the "Bud Light" name, and is available in black cherry, lemon lime, strawberry, and mango flavors will be sold in 12 packs.
Bud Light released the product early to a few lucky customers and to make the announcement, Bud Light posted a photo of the product in Schuylkill County's own, Seltzer, PA, located in Norwegian Township near Minersville.
Approximately 2 hours later, someone managing 190 year old breweries Twitter realized Bud Light was in Yuengling Territory and responded.Bud Light Seltzer arrived in Seltzer, Pennsylvania today. I'm sure it was all in good fun, but it was interesting to see the two brands interact on social media. The real question is, Are you one of the lucky ones to got to try Bud Light Seltzer? If so, how was it? and why weren't we invited.
