A man was killed early Sunday morning in Wayne Township.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, the crash occurred around 2:30am near 1360 Route 183 in Wayne Township near the Schuylkill/Berks County Line.
Police say a 49 Year Old man was travelling north on Route 183 when he lost control due to icy road conditions. The vehicle hit a drainage culvert and overturned.
The driver was found deceased when emergency personnel arrived.
State Police are withholding the driver's identity until next of kin is notified.
Route 183 was closed for a period of time while the scene was investigated.
