Four people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in East Union Township on Sunday.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville on Sunday, January 12, 2020, around 11:30pm, a traffic stop was conducted on Chapel Road/Centre Street, East Union Township, on a vehicle driven by William Bennett, 21, of Hazleton.
Police say Bennett was found to be impaired and was taken into police custody for Driving Under the Influence.
Three passengers in the vehicle, Alexis Kantener, 20, Jeremy Lescowitch, 29, and Christian Kantner, 18, all of Hazle Township were found to be in possession of controlled substances.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville will be charging all the occupants of the vehicle with drug possession.
