Through the work of three law enforcement agencies, a fugitive was taken into custody late Monday.
According to Mahanoy Township Police Chief Brandon Alexander, on Monday January 20, 2020 at approximately 9:00pm, after a combined effort of the Mahanoy Township Police Department, the Mahanoy City Police Department, and Fugitive Recovery Agents with Bail Shop LLC of Lebanon, PA. Eric Capella AKA Dennis Park was apprehended on Morea Rd in the township.

Eric Capella AKA Dennis Park was apprehended on Morea Rd in the township.
Capella failed to appear in Schuylkill County Court to be extradited back to California for felony weapons charges. He was lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison, and faces felony drug charges for possession of with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Methamphetamine).
Capella was also in possession of 2 fake Drivers Licenses one that came back to an deceased person.
