A man has been cited for dumping garbage in Delano Township.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, a trooper was on patrol on January 6th, 2020 around 11:20am and found several bags of trash on the Lofty Road in Delano Township.
After an investigation, it was found that Donald Joseph, 36, of Mahanoy City was responsible for dumping the garbage.
State Police filed a citation on Joseph at Magisterial District Judge Kilker's officer for scattering rubbish.
