The Pennsylvania State Police is investigating a broken window at a business in Shenandoah.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, sometime between 9:00am and 9:20am on January 17, 2020, someone broke a window at the Deebel Chiropractic Clinic located at 110 North Main Street.
