A Pottsville man is behind bars after fleeing police last week.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on January 3rd, 2020, State Troopers attempted to serve a 302 warrant on Ross Koch, 35, of Pottsville near Elm Street and Bulls Head Road in Norwegian Township.
While serving the warrant, Koch led troopers in a vehicle pursuit.
Koch was later taken into custody and charged with fleeing and eluding police, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, careless driving, and reckless driving.
