Two Charged with Harassment After Fight in East Union Township
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Thursday, January 30th, 2020, just before 2:00am, Bradley Dye, 26, and Jason Wetzel, 45, both of Ringtown, were involved in a verbal argument over borrowing a vehicle, when the argument turned physical with both pushing and grabbing each other.
Troopers charged both with harassment.

No Injuries Reported in Crash in Ryan Township
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020, Joel Garber, 62, of Barnesville was travelling east on Ball Diamond Road in Ryan Township at the time of the crash.
Garber told he closed his eyes while yawning, when his car left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Garber's Hyundai Sonata sustained a minor dent to it's front bumper and his airbag did not deploy. He was reported to be wearing his seatbelt.
Garber refused transport from Ryan Township Emergency and Rescue Squad.
His vehicle was towed from the scene.
Garber will be cited for the crash.

Traffic Stop Leads to Police Finding Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on January 28th, 2020 around 2:45pm, a traffic stop was conducted on West Mount Laffee Road in Cass Township for an equipment violation. After making contact with the driver, Kenneth Yoder, 41, of New Philadelphia, a probably cause search was conducted.
During the search, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered. As a result, the State Police will be filing charges against Yoder through Magisterial District Judge Rossi's office.
