A woman has been cited for leaving her garbage along a roadway near Delano.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, while troopers were on patrol, they found several garbage bags along Grier Avenue near Interstate 81 in Delano Township.
An investigation revealed that Renee Saylor, 54, of New Boston placed these bags at the location.
State Police cited Saylor charging her with scattering rubbish.
