Emergency personnel are responding to a working structure fire near Cumbola.Around 9:40pm, emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Ginther Coal Company along Route 209 between Port Carbon and Cumbola for a fully involved mobile home that is on fire in East Norwegian Township.
