Frackville Man Arrested Twice in a Week by State Police for DUI and Drug Charges

A Frackville man was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police for the second time in a week for driving under the influence and being found with drugs.


According to the State Police at Frackville, on Sunday, February 2nd, 2020, a Toyota 4 Runner was pulled over by Troopers on South Lehigh Avenue, Frackville for a headlight violation.  The driver, Wesley Grubb, 42, of Frackville, was placed under arrest for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence.

In a previous incident, less than a week ago, according to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Tuesday, January 28th, 2020, around 11:20am, Grubb was involved in a verbal argument on the shoulder of Skyline Drive in New Castle Township.

When troopers arrived, a probable cause search was conducted on Grubb's vehicle resulting in the finding of a clear baggie of suspected methamphetamine being located.
