A Frackville man is facing DUI charges after a traffic stop.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on February 7th, 2020, a State Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Ryan Wagner, 25, of Frackville in the 300 Block of Centre Street in Ashland.
The Trooper said Wagner showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody on charges of Driving Under the Influence.
