A Northumberland County man was arrested Friday after a traffic stop on Interstate 81.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Friday, January 31st, 2020, around 5:00pm, troopers conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 81 southbound near mile marker 133.3 in Delano Township.
Police say, the driver, Wayne Sampsell, 39, of Shamokin Township, was found to be driving under the influence and was place under arrest. An investigation found that he was also in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
