Minersville Police and the Schuylkill County Detectives are seeking Robert V. Smith on an active bench warrant.
UPDATE(3:45pm) - Smith was taken into custody
In 2019, Smith was arrested by the Minersville Police Department and charged with stealing nearly $50,000 from the Minersville Little League where he served as treasurer.
Smith was scheduled to appear for jury selection and to face trial but failed to appear.
Smith's last known address is 1028 Elm Street, West West Terrace, Branch Township, Pa.
