On Monday, the North Schuylkill School District presented a check in the amount of $1,764 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for the fight against breast cancer.
The money was raised through North Schuylkill’s annual “Pink Out” game. This year’s Pink Out game occurred on Friday, Oct.25th, versus Pottsville Area. The proceeds being donated were raised through t-shirt sales at both schools and by donations from fans the night of the game.
