Arthur C. Flail Jr., 89, of West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Frackville, died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at his residence.
Born Jan. 10, 1931, in Frackville, He was a son of the late Arthur and Anna (Gist) Flail.
Arthur served in US Navy, and then was employed for many years at the former Pope Motors Company of Pottsville. Before retiring he worked for Penn Dot as a Diesel Mechanic. He was member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Frackville and a life member of The Frackville American Legion Post 398.
In addition to his parents, Arthur was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Shappell) Flail; son, Arthur Flail III; sister, Amanda Lafey; brothers, James, Gilbert, William and Thomas Flail.
Surviving is a sister, Ann Garton Petroski, with whom he resided.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Feb. 15, at Nice-Hart Funeral Home Inc., 9 N. Lehigh Ave., Frackville, PA 17931. The Rev. Jeff Merwine will officiate. Friends may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Trinity EC Church, 56 N. Balliet St., Frackville, PA 17931. Burial with military honors will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville. Nice-Hart Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Paul S. Yeager, 84 years of age of West Broad Street, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020, at ManorCare, Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
Born Saturday, February 9, 1935 the son of the late Paul Herman and Mildred Mae (Gerlacher) Yeager. Paul was also predeceased by his sisters, Barbara McGrath, Dolores Jones, Jane Zawaski; brother, William Yeager.
Surviving; his beloved wife of 49 years, Linda M. (Kasper) Yeager; sons, Mark A. Yeager and his companion Lisa Monick of Pottsville, Paul J. Yeager and his wife Nicole of Coaldale, Matthew J. Yeager of Tamaqua; sister, Nancy Eisley of Tamaqua; granddaughter, Miranda Jones.
Paul served his country for 10 1/2 years serving in the Army, Navy and then in the National Guard. Paul delivered newspapers for a number of regional providers for many years. He was always civically minded, playing the role of Santa Claus, and often dressing as Smokey the Bear Paul was a member of the South ward Fire Company. He enjoyed watching all Philadelphia Sports teams and participating in local parades

John G. Kutz, 92, of Mexico Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at St. Luke's Geisinger in Orwigsburg.
Born on September 24, 1927 in Washington Twp., he was the son of the late Raymond and Esther Zerbe Kutz.
He attended the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove.
John owned and operated Kutz Sawmill.
He loved and raised Fox Hounds, loved fox and deer hunting, Gene Autry, reading his Bible and was a member of the Foxhunters Association. He owned a hunting cabin in Washington Twp.
Preceding him in death were his first wife Arlene Herring Kutz; three brothers, Amos, Samuel, and Laban Kutz; two sisters, Mary Mease and Leah Rutter.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 10:30 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a viewing on Friday, February 14, 2020 from 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M at the Funeral Home.
