Robert Francis Lipsky, Jr., 68, of Pottsville passed away Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Schuylkill East.
Born in Pottsville, May 21, 1951, he was the son of Elizabeth (Reed) Lipsky and the late Robert Francis Lipsky, Sr.
He was a member of Bethany Christian Fellowship E.C.C., Cressona where he served as worship leader and leadership team chairman, and a former member of St. Patricks RC Church, Pottsville. He was also a lifetime member of Yorkville Hose Co., Pottsville, recently receiving his 40-year member award, and Cressona Fire Company No. 1, Cressona.
Robert was a Pottsville Area High School graduate, class of 1969. He was a Bucks County Community College Fire School Instructor and also worked at Schuylkill Technology Center. He was previously employed with The Republican-Herald, KME, and Yale Electric. He enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Janice (Sinton) Lipsky and brother-in-law, Joseph Rehnert.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Jean (Wilt) Lipsky, married August 15, 2015; daughter, Laurie Ann Chappell wife of Harry; son, Robert F. Lipsky III; four step-children; sister, Carol Ann Rehnert; mother-in-law, Beverly Durand; sister-in-law, Jackie Lewis fiancee of Kelly Brown; nieces, great-nieces and a great-nephew.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4PM on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Bethany Christian Fellowship E.C.C., 102 Front St, Cressona. Family and friends may call from 2PM until the time of the service at the church. Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

William E. Seladones, 60 years of age, of Pitt Street, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly, on Monday, February 24, 2020, at home.
Survived by his wife; Ellie (DeAngelo) Seladones; daughter, Samantha L. Bieber wife of Lane of Tamaqua; son, Jeremy Richardson of Minersville; brother, Gary P Seladones and his wife Nanette of Allentown; sister, Beverly A. Mogelnicki wife of Thomas of St. Petersburg, FL; grand children whom he adored, Kaydence, Ryker, Oaklynn who affectionately called him pop-pop.
Born in Coaldale the son of the late Bernard F., and Anna (Morris) Seladones.
Bill worked at Kovatch Mobile Equipment of Nesquehoning for the past 6 years, and previously drove truck, for J.D. Trucking and Frantz Brothers Trucking for many years.
Bill was a longtime active member of the Citizens Fire Company of Tamaqua having served as Past President, Secretary and Chief Engineer.
Bill loved spending time with Ellie his children, and dotting on his grandchildren.

Janet L. Ruch , 85 years of age passed away peacefully on February 20. 2020 at the home of her daughter in West Penn Township, Schuylkill Pennsylvania surrounded by the loving care of her family.
Born in Baltimore, MD on August 2, 1934, the daughter of the late Burnell, and Helen (McGuire) Zahn.
Survived by; her husband of 67 years, Charles E. Ruch; daughters; Jil M. Ruch of Hanover, Pa., Tanya Theresa Beck wife of Ray of Fairfield, Pa., Kristen Hess wife of Robert of Tamaqua, Pa.; son, Lee M. Ruch and his wife Roxanne of Eldersburg, MD; sister, Sharon Barnhart of Emmitsburg, MD; brother, Gary Zahn and his wife Josie of Florida; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
A graduate of Randallstown High School, Janet was a talented seamstress. She adored her family, and enjoyed being a wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be missed by all.
