State Police Investigating Stolen Mailbox

The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville is investigating a stolen mailbox in Walker Township.


According to police, on Monday, February 3rd, 2020, around 9:30am, troopers received a call from someone on Shady Lane, in Walker Township, near Tamaqua for a reports of a stolen mailbox.

The victim told police that on Saturday, February 1st, 2020, around 1:00am, his dog started barking.  When the victim got up to see what the dog was barking at, he saw a car speeding off.

It wasn't until Monday that the victim noticed his mailbox was missing.

The mailbox is described as being silver with an American Flag Cover on it.
