* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ridgetop ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Clearfield, Northern Centre, Columbia and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Late night ridgetop wind gusts between 15 and 25 mph coupled with weight of ice on trees may cause isolated power outages.
