* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Columbia and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 2 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the midday commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will change to snow during the late morning. A brief period of heavy snow is possible around midday with snowfall rates of one inch per hour possible. Winds from the northwest will increase with gusts 30-45 mph during the afternoon.
