A Barnesville man was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison after a domestic incident led to an assault late Sunday.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville on March 29th, 2020, around 11:30pm, Troopers responded to an active domestic incident in Ryan Township.
Harold Allen, 51, of Barnesvilleville, PA, was taken into custody and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on charges of Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment.
Allen was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer who set bail at $10,000 straight cash.
