Those counties included Luzerne and Berks Counties which also border Schuylkill County.
As of March 27th, 2020, Schuylkill County DOES NOT fall under the order.
Other counties added on Friday included Butler, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Pike, Wayne, Westmoreland, and York.
Already under the order are Allegheny, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Erie, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton, Philadelphia, Pike, and Westmoreland.
Under this order, residents who live within these counties can only leave their homes if it is for a necessary task.
