According to Chief Brandon Alexander, sometime overnight Sunday into Monday, a suspect or suspects stole a bumper, grill, hood, headlights, and turn signals from a 2016 Chrysler 200 parked on the Vito Rinaldi Dealership lot along the Gold Star Highway south of Shenandoah.
