Rose Ann Rarick, 70, of Orwigsburg, passed away, surrounded by her loving family Friday, February 28th, at her residence.
Rose was born in Pottsville, on May 13, 1949, a daughter of the late Theresa Ann (Dennick) Haney and James Martin Haney.
She was the wife of Richard J. Rarick. They were married December 18th, 1971. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orwigsburg.
Rose was a Minersville High School Graduate, class of 1967.
She was employed as a Cashier for Boyers Grocery Store in Orwigsburg, for over 37 years. She was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother, always putting the needs of others before her own.
In addition to Richard, her husband of 48 years, Rose is survived by two children, her daughter, Patti Rarick and her son, Scott Michael Rarick, husband of Melanie. She is also survived by two grandchildren Jacoby Krammes and Gianna Osiecki and her brother, James Haney.
She was predeceased by her sister Patsy Vengin
A Religious Service will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, March 5th at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Warren Street, in Orwigsburg, with Rev. Michael Petresky officiating. Friends and Family may call from 9:00 until 11:00 in the church. Interment will be private.

William 'Bill' Grimes, 63, of Ringtown, passed away Saturday, February 29th, 2020.
William was born in Danville, PA on October 10, 1956, a son of the late Sarah Horrox and Earl Grimes.
He was a 1974 graduate of the North Schuylkill High School.
Bill was recently retired, having been employed as a furnace and press operator at Dayton Parts, Inc. in Harrisburg.
He was a member of St.John's Lutheran Church in Ringtown, and he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing and was a fan of auto racing.
Bill is survived by two brothers, Lee Gimes and his wife Sharon of Fort Myers, FL and Gerald Grimes, and his wife Deborah of Ringtown.
He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Lee T. Grimes and his wife Karie; Lee E. Grimes; William Tray; Neva Springer; Tara Tanner; Lilly Ann Springer and Ava Webb.
Bill also leaves behind his cat, Mercedes.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7 PM on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Bill's family from 6-7 PM prior to the service.

James B. Haley, of Broomall, PA, formerly of Havertown, PA, passed away on February 26, 2020.
Born in Frackville, PA in 1934, he was the son of the late Peter F. and Marie F. (nee Murphy) Haley. James graduated from Shenandoah High School, Class of 1952, and served honorably in the US Army from 1954-56. He worked at Merion Golf Club until he retired. James was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Havertown, PA. He enjoyed golf and was a fan of Notre Dame football and basketball.
James was the beloved husband of the late Joan M. (nee Walsh) Haley; loving father of James B. Haley (Barbara) and Daniel E. Haley; predeceased by his siblings Margaret Felsburg, and Edward, Anthony, William, and Robert Haley.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 5:30-8 PM Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073, and from 10:00-11 AM Thursday at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, 319 Mahantongo Street, Pottsville, PA 17901, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Joseph T. Renaldi, 89, of Frackville passed away peacefully on February 25, 2020 at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
He was born on February 20, 1931 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Henry and Lugina Cardanelli Renaldi.
Joe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education from McDaniel College, Westminster, MD (formerly Western Maryland College). He was a United States Air Force Veteran having served during the Korean War.While serving in the USAF in Tachikawa, Japan, he also volunteered as an assistant football coach on base. Following his years of service, Joe spent 40 years in the field of education and retired from the St. Clair Area School District where he was a history and economics teacher, administrative assistant to the superintendent, and athletic coach for football, basketball and track. As a high school educator, he also was a Head Football Coach and Teacher of Economics and Civics at New Cumberland High School, and Head Football Coach and Teacher of U.S History and Latin at Frackville High School. On the college level, he held positions of Assistant Football Coach at Western Maryland College and Assistant Varsity Football Coach at Drexel University.
In retirement, Joe devoted much of his time to the visual arts such as writing, painting, drawing, and woodcrafts. He also enjoyed gardening and visitations by his children and grandchildren. He was known to be a generous and patriotic person.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife in 2018, Doris H. Renaldi and a brother Leo Renaldi, of Lewistown, PA. Joe is survived by his daughter, Lori Ann Renaldi-Waqar and her husband Naveed, Linglestown, PA; his two sons: Jan Renaldi, Morrisville, NC and DanielRenaldi, Frackville; a brother, Henry Renaldi, Windber, PA and wife, Betty; a sister, Ann Franchi, Cincinnati, OH; his two granddaughters: Lindsay Waqar, Philadelphia, PA and Briana Renaldi, Kannapolis, NC and her three children; several nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services and interment with military honors will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
