Kline Township Dollar General Cited for False Alarms
On February 29, 2020, State Troopers from the Frackville Barracks responded to the Dollar General located at 410 South Hancock Street for an alarm activation. Troopers determined it was a false alarm.
Police say this is the third false alarm within a 12 month period.
The Dollar General Store will be cited.

Mahanoy City Woman Faces DUI Charges for Shenandoah Crash
On February 28th, 2020, State Troopers from the Frackville Barracks were dispatched to a two vehicle crash near 20 South Grant Street, in Shenandoah.
An investigation revealed that Deann Himmelberger, 58, was under the influence and placed under arrest.
Himmelberger will face DUI Charges.
Girardville Man Faces Harassment Charges

Girardville Man Faces Harassment Charges
On March 1st, 2020, State Troopers from the Frackville Barracks were dispatched to the 100 block of North Line Street in Girardville for an active domestic.
Because of the incident, John Butler, 42, of Girardville will face harassment charges.

Charges Pending for Retail Theft from Rush Township Walmart
State Police at Frackville are investigating a case of retail theft. Police say Christopher Hill, 32, of New Ringgold was observed placing items in his clothes at the Kline Township Walmart on February 29th, 2020 around 10:20pm.
When Hill attempted to leave the store, he was arrested.
Charges are pending.

10 Year Old cited for Punching Holes in Walls at Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29
State Police at Schuylkill Haven say a 10 year old girl, from Mount Carmel, will be cited for criminal mischief after she punched two holes in drywall at the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 in Mar Lin, Norwegian Township.
Damage was estimated at approximately $250.00
