A Shenandoah man was charged on Sunday with assault after a domestic incident in the borough.
According to Girardville Police, on Sunday, March 29th, 2020, Joseph Rush, 23, of Shenandoah, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a domestic incident on West Main Street, Girardville.
Rush was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Steven Bayer and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 8th, 2020 before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale.
