While many spring and summer events have already been cancelled in Schuylkill County due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one county favorite is currently being postponed in hopes that the festival can still be held later this year.On Thursday, Downtown Shenandoah Inc. announced that the Annual Kielbasi Festival will be postponed until September 9th, 2020.
The event is a favorite of the county and the coal region and draws hundreds to the borough for the festival.
