Carol Ann Byrne, age 77, passed peacefully at home on April 15th, 2020. She was the wife of the late James Byrne, the granddaughter of the late Samuel and Ruth Krom, and the devoted niece of the late Elizabeth Krom.
Carol was passionate about her work as a member of the First Methodist Church of Shenandoah where she served as Church Deacon and organizer of the many dinners, children’s summer programs, children’s choir, and the Easter Egg project. Carol was also a member of the Easter Star and representative to the District Council of Methodist Churches.
She was a “Jack of all trades” and excelled in her many career ventures. Carol was a phlebotomist and lab technician in many of the area hospitals.
Carol dearly loved her family and friends. She is survived by her son, James Michael and wife May of Mahanoy City, her beloved grandchildren, Carisa, Jayda, Maddie, and Gavin. She also leaves her brother Robert and wife Janet, and nieces Alissa Wetherell and Jennifer Krom, all of Connecticut. She was preceded by a cousin, Lois Carduff and close friend Rev. David Seymour.
Private scripture services for immediate family will be held on Friday, April 17th at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah with Pastor Bruni Martinez officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Sharon Ann Wargo, age 73, of New Philadelphia, PA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 12th, 2020 at her home.
Born in Pottsville, PA on July 14, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John and Ann (Blishock) Wargo.
Sharon was a graduate of Pottsville High School. She was a member of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church in New Philadelphia and she loved going shopping, to the beach, cooking, and just spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Sheila Sura and a sister Jean Allen.
Sharon is survived by two daughters: Nancy Ingram and her husband Bob, Allentown and Camille Brown and her husband Dwayne, Schuylkill Haven; two grandchildren: Grace and Colten; two sisters: Andrea and Rose Marie Wargo, both of Arizona; a brother John Wargo, Lake Harmony; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service and interment will be held at Holy Family Cemetery in New Philadelphia at 1PM on Thursday, April 16th, with Rev. Ronald Minner officiating.

Brandon Stephen Moyer, 32, of Pottsville, passed away Wednesday, April 15th, at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Allentown.
Born in Pottsville on April 3, 1988, he was a son of Stephen & Karen A. (Klare) Moyer, of Pottsville.
Brandon attended Pottsville Area High School.
He had been employed as a laborer by Tyson Foods, Inc., Pottsville.
Brandon was preceded in death by his uncle, Franklin Moyer, and his aunts, Patricia Klare, and Wanda R. Moyer.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is also survived by two sisters: Nicole M. Herb & husband, Jason, of Allentown, and Sylvia A. Moyer, of Annville, a brother, Jeremy Moyer & wife, Jessica, of Palmyra, and numerous nieces & nephews.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven, at the family's convenience.
At his family's request, memorial donations should be sent in Brandon's name to a charity of the donor's choice.

Beloved Eric G. Campion of Pottsville passed away Monday peacefully of natural causes at his place of business.
He was born March 25, 1952 in Philadelphia, a son of Gilbert and Kay Williams and the late Shirley Wagner.
He was a graduate of Boiling Spring High School.
He was the best half of the he and his wife started in the 90's Affordable Appliance Service.
He was a proud Alcoholics Anonymous and several other social clubs which he no loner visit because he was very dedicated to his sobriety but he did miss the other members.
He was a rock to most of his family and a friend to all. Our community lost a valuable asset and human being . His credits are far to long to list.
He was a solid husband that you knew you would always be cared for and loved. He learned to be a father and learned to love his wife's children as his own. He was always a phone call away, no matter where anyone was.
In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald "Pear Head" Williams. Jerry also was taught the business by Eirc and was service tech for several years; a nephew Troy Stover
He was a loving husband to Ann Dalvet Campion, a proud father to his sons, Justin and Jarrod Richards; his brothers, Glenn and his wife Maria; Randy; Jay and his partner, Kevin; James Wagner and his wife Heather; sisters, Marie and her husband Russ, Kathy Troup and Lisa and her husband Brett; Nieces. Andrea, Haley, Jessica , Sierra, Rosy, Abby, Tiffiany, Allison, and Emma; nephews, Devante, Quinton, and Jayden 7 grandnephews.
He is also survived by many friends and loved ones but the closest of all was his love and respect for his dearest closest friend and brother, John O'Reilly. John was best man in Eric and Ann's wedding and best man in there life.
On Monday at 9:18am his families world ended with Eric, because he was a very strong disciplined mad, he taught us skills and strength to move forward and continue his life's work. He will always be in business continuing to guide his family. May our creator cuddle him ever so gently and let him see how important and loved he truly was. Our community lost a valuable member and a true gentleman and professional.
Services will private for James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville. Interment will be private at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. There will be a celebration of life at Affordable Appliances when the quarantine restrictions are lifted. It will be Eric Campion all day NO business.

Sarah A. Weyman, 83, of Girardville, passed away April 14th, surrounded by her family, at her residence. Born in Girardville, August 19, 1936, she was the daughter of the late James and Sarah Green Brennan. Sarah was a graduate of the former Girardville High School, class of 1954, and a member of the former St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Girardville, now St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Ashland.
Proceeding her in death was her husband, Lowell J. Weyman, passing in November 2012, a son John, in 1985, a grandson John Weyman in 2009, sisters, Betty and Irene Weikel, brothers, Michael, Thomas, James, Richard, Joseph, and John Brennan, and a daughter in law, Karen Weyman.
