The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident where a person's identity was stolen and used to create a cell phone account.According to police on April 10th, 2020, a Spring Glen man reported that someone obtained his information and opened a Verizon Cell Phone Account for approximately 6 months before he received a notice to pay the amount owed.
