A man from West Mahanoy Township will be charged by State Police after say he fired a gun from his back porch.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Saturday, March 4th, 2020, around 3:15am, John Hysock, 43, of Frackville, was seen and heard firing two shots from a gun into a wooded area off the back porch of a residential neighborhood on East Spring Street, in West Mahanoy Township near Frackville.
Hysock will answer to a charge of disorderly conduct at Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale's office.
