Fire crews have been called to a mulch facility in Porter Township for a building fire.Just before 9:30am, emergency personnel were called to 2286 East Center Street, Tremont for a building fire.
Early reports were a conveyor belt screening between 2 building was on fire. The first crews arriving to the scene reported a column of smoke.
Units from Porter Township, Donaldson, Tremont, and Hegins Township have been called to the scene.
