The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven have filed retail theft and drug charges on a woman after she was caught shoplifting.According to Troopers, on Monday, May 4th, 2020 around 3:15pm, Lisa Colna, 54, of Saint Clair was caught shoplifting at Ollies Bargain Outlet, located at 1544 S Route 61 Highway, in North Manheim Township.
Colna allegedly stole $270.00 worth of retail goods and while being arrested, she was also found with drugs and drug paraphernalia.
State Police filed charges at Magisterial District Judge James Ferrier's office.
