According to Troopers, on May 28th, 2020, prior to 8:45am, a victim reported that several windows of their Dodge Avenger was smashed on West Ogden Street in Girardville.
A witness heard glass smashing and observed a white male, approximately 5'10" to 6'00" wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and grey pants running away from the vehicle involved and was holding a wooden croquet club.
