The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating an incident of criminal mischief in Cass Township.Police say on Saturday, June 6th, 2020, around 4:00am a rock was thrown through the windshield of a vehicle on Valley Road.
A witness told police that a Jeep drove away from the scene right after the rock was thrown.
