An Orwigsburg man is facing charges and warrant is out for his arrest after he allegedly assaulted a woman in Cass Township.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on June 14th, 2020 around 3:50am, troopers were dispatched to Valley Road in Cass Township for a report of a physical domestic incident.
Police say a woman reported she was riding with her friend in a wooded area in Cass Township when her ex-boyfriend, Blake Allen Deeter, 19, of Orwigsburg, arrived on his ATV.
The woman said Deeter forcibly removed her from the vehicle pulling her by her hair and ripping her shirt.
Deeter then began to kick and punch her in the head and her body, and while she was on the ground, he picked her up by her head and struck it off the ground.
State Police obtained a warrant for Deeter's arrest and charges are pending.
