The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are investigating a report of theft by deception in the North Union Township section of Eagle Rock.Police say on June 19th, 2020, they learned a 73 year old Hazleton woman was offered job by a fake employer to send money for a business-related debt.
The victim sent various amounts of money to the fake employer totaling $67,000.
