A Berks County man died from his injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash in Schuylkill County on Saturday.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, the crash occurred on Route 895/Market Street near the intersection with Summit Lane in West Brunswick Township near Auburn around noon, Saturday.
Police say the crash occurred when Juan Gonzalez-Sanchez, 36, of Hamburg was traveling east on Route 895 on a Honda CBR600RR Motorcycle at a high rate of speed.
Gonzalez-Sanchez lost control of his motorcycle and exited the right should of the roadway striking a wooden pole.
Gonzalez-Sanchez and the motorcycle came to a final rest in the eastbound lanes of Route 895
Gonzalez-Sanchezwas transported to Geisinger St. Luke's in Orwigsburg via Auburn Ambulance but later died at the hospital due to his injuries.
Assisting police at the crash were the Auburn Fire Department and EMS.
