Bail in this case was set at $40,000 straight cash in which Tucker was unable to post at the time of arraignment.
At this time Tucker remained in the Schuylkill County Prison. Tucker will now have to answer to the charges of aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment, disorderly conduct, registration and certificate of title required, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, before Judge Rossi.
