Frederick L. Schrader, 67, of Pottsville St., Cressona, formerly of Pine Grove, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at home.
Born on September 20, 1952 in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Fred L. and Mary M. Leffler Schrader.
Frederick was a knitter at Gold Mills, Pine Grove.
Preceding him in death were two sisters, Betty Boyer and Helen Unger.
Graveside Services and interment will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery with Pastor Barry Spatz officiating.

Kevin T. Heard, 36, Hot Springs, AR, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday June 30th in Frackville.
Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Klipola) Makar Sr.. She was educated in Mahanoy City schools and worked in the local garment factory's having last worked for Morgan Knitting Mills in Hometown. She was a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City and the sodality of the former Assumption BVM Church.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Robert "Bob" Wargo, a brother Andrew Makar Jr. and a sister Helen Forgotch. She is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend religious and graveside services on Wednesday morning at 11 AM at Sky View Memorial Park in Hometown. The Rev. Fred T. Crawford will officiate.

Anna M. Palavage, affectionately known as Sissy, 90, of Shenandoah, passed away on Saturday, July 4th at the Shenandoah Senior Living Community, where she was cared for by a loving and devoted staff.
Born in Shenandoah on October 11th, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Swingle) Palavage. Anna worked in the local garment industry for many years and was a member of the ILGWU. She was also a lifelong member of the former St. George’s Roman Catholic Church in Shenandoah.
She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Andrew “Cookie” Palavage, 4 sisters, Mary Kubilis, Florence Rudolph, Ruth Paulonis, and Margaret Pape. Anna was the last member of her immediate family.
Surviving are her niece and caregiver, Darlene Kubilis with her husband Bobby, several nieces and nephews, and her sister-in-law, Carol Palavage.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately with family on Wednesday, July 8th at 10am in Divine Mercy Parish, 218 W. Cherry St, Shenandoah and will be officiated by Msgr. Ronald Bocian. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Fatima Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.
